Tongs, according to the present invention, include a handle unit and a pincer unit which are connected with each other and a part between the handle unit and the pincer unit is formed in a curved shape. A support located in the middle lays the center of mass on the handle unit in order to separate the front portion of the pincer unit from the floor. The front portion of the pincer unit is bent in circle and is easy to use. The overall curved shape contributes to the separation between the pincer unit and floor, even when the tongs are flipped over, thus maintaining the hygiene of the tongs. Daily uses of tongs can be seen at restaurants or bakeries where many pairs are not properly washed and are maintained in poor hygienic conditions. Pincer units of the tongs, which are in direct contact with the floor, can affect users with uncleanliness and are likely to be contaminated by viruses causing threats to health. The purpose of the present invention falls within maintaining cleanness, by separating the pincer unit from the floor. |
