Disclosed is a method for manufacturing graphene decorated with nanoparticles. The method for manufacturing graphene (10) decorated with nanoparticles in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention, comprises the following steps: (a) preparing a substrate (100); (b) forming a graphene layer (200) on the substrate (100); (c) forming a block copolymer micelle layer (300), which contains block copolymer micelles (310) and nanoparticles (320) introduced into the block copolymer micelles (310), on the graphene layer (200); and (d) decorating the graphene layer (200) with the nanoparticles (320) by heating (H) the block copolymer micelle layer (300) containing the nanoparticles so as to remove the block copolymer micelle layer (300).
