The present invention relates to a waste heat recovery apparatus for a sludge dryer, which recovers waste heat of moisture and dried exhaust gas evaporated during a drying process at a direct heating disc type, paddle type sludge drier or food drier. The present invention provides the waste heat recovery apparatus for the sludge dryer, which comprises: a cyclone collector for collecting dust from the exhaust gas; a venturi wash tower (3) making the exhaust gas, having been passed through the cyclone collector (2), contact water to exchange heat and collect fine dust; and one or more vertical waste heat recovery heat exchangers (7) installed at the upper part of a condensate water storage tank (6) for recovering the waste owned by the exhaust gas, having been passed through the venturi wash tower (3). The present invention installs the cyclone collector for collecting the dust from primary and secondary exhaust gas, the venturi wash tower and the one or more vertical waste heat recovery heat exchanger in the upper part of the condensate water storage tank to effectively collect the dust and the waste heat from the exhaust gas. |
