<p>According to one aspect, the invention concerns a method for manufacturing an encoded information storage medium (11-14) intended to be read by an optical reading system having a centring element for centring the storage medium, which method comprises: - the installation of a solid substrate on a medium of a laser recording device; the recording onto the solid substrate (111, 601, 611, 621), by means of the recording device, of a signal corresponding to the encoded information to form, based on a given reference element, a set of variation zones (115, 605, 615, 625) of the physical properties of the substrate that may be detected by the optical reading system; the cutting or pre-cutting of the substrate in place on the same medium, in order to adapt the shape thereof to that of the centring element of the optical reader, taking as a reference the formation reference element of the variation zones of the substrate.</p> |
