PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle structure member that can improve strength and rigidity of a base member formed of fiber reinforced resin, and improve workability in manufacturing, and to provide a vehicle floor using the vehicle structure member.SOLUTION: A rib 44 extends down from a lower surface 42 of a base member 55 (upper panel 20). Accordingly, strength and rigidity of the upper panel 20 can be improved. The base member 55 includes a recess part 48 formed in a position facing the rib 44. Fiber reinforced resin arranged in a die for molding the upper panel 20 is pressed toward a side of a rib formation recess part by a recess formation protrusion, thereby easily filling the rib formation recess part with the resin. The rib 44 for improving the strength and rigidity of the upper panel 20 can be integrally formed with the upper panel 20 when the upper panel 20 is molded. Manufacturing man hours can be reduced as compared with a case where the rib 44 is integrated with the base member 55 by bonding. |
