<p>A dispenser for transferring paint from a large vessel of paint such as a paint pail to a small vessel such as a paint roller tray. The bottom of the dispenser can be submerged to fill the dispenser after which paint can be poured into the second vessel from an upper mouth of the dispenser. By separating where the paint enters the dispenser from where it is poured from the dispenser allows paint to be easily transferred without the usual mess from drips and spillage.</p> |
