PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To utilize an antibody and other Fc-containing molecules with variations in the Fc region.SOLUTION: The invention relates to an antibody and other Fc-containing molecules with variations in the Fc region as compared with wild type Fc. They may be used for treating various diseases and injuries because of showing the character including specifically binding to FcRn, despite of showing the character which is reduced avidity for Fcγ receptor. The binding molecule is capable of binding the target molecule without triggering significant complement dependent lysis, or cell mediated destruction of the target, wherein the binding domain is selected from the binding site of an antibody, an enzyme, a hormone, a receptor, a cytokine, an immune cell surface antigen, a ligand and an adhesion molecule. |
