<p>The hand-drying device is provided with: a hand insertion part of a size that allows hand entry and exit; a nozzle that delivers air towards the hand insertion part; a high pressure air flow generator (9) that delivers air from the nozzle; a casing (1) wherein the high pressure air flow generator (9) is provided; a cover (16) that is provided on the outside of the casing (1) to be closeable or removable and which covers a portion of the casing (1); an air intake port (18) that is formed between the casing (1) and the cover (16) and which draws in air from outside the casing (1) and the cover (16); and an air intake passage (19) that connects the intake side of the high pressure air flow generator (9) and the air intake port (18) and which forces the air drawn in from the air intake port (18) into the high pressure air flow generator (9). At least a portion of the air intake passage (19) is configured between the casing (1) and the cover (16).</p> |
