PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that a light-weight alloy wheel is manufactured by a single part which is formed by forging, a steel wheel is manufactured of a rim and a disc which are formed by pressing, weld spots becomes necessary, oxidized points are generated at the weld spots, there arises a possibility that the durability and safety of a product are impaired, a mass of the wheel becomes large, and the consumption of energy and/or fuel becomes large.SOLUTION: A wheel composed of a polymer material comprises a main body C which is formed of: a center disc 10 in which a center hole 11 formed at an end part of a shaft of a vehicle, and a plurality of eccentric holes 12 which allow the penetration of fixing bolts are formed; and an external peripheral ring 20 which holds a tire of a vehicle. The main body C of the wheel is injection-molded of a single part by using a polymer composite material which contains, at homogeneous mixture, 40% to 70% of a thermoplastic polymer matrix, 30% to 60% of a synthetic fiber, and 0.01% to 10% of an additive. |
