PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motorcycle and a control device of a vehicle capable of controlling an electronic throttle even when a trouble occurs in a throttle position sensor.SOLUTION: A motorcycle of this invention includes: one or more actual opening acquisition sections 11a and 11b for acquiring an actual opening of an electronic throttle; an intake pressure acquisition section 12 for acquiring an intake pressure of an engine; an engine speed acquisition section 13 for acquiring an engine speed; an estimated opening calculation section 14 for calculating an estimated opening of the electronic throttle based on the intake pressure and the engine speed; a use opening determination section 16 for determining the opening used as a feedback value based on the estimated opening when the actual opening satisfies the trouble condition; and a target opening determination section 17 for limiting generation of a target opening exceeding a predetermined upper limit value when the actual opening satisfies the trouble condition. |
