PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a humidity measuring device capable of improving the response of a humidity sensor even if a flow velocities of intake air flowing in an intake passage is low.SOLUTION: A humidity measuring device 5 comprises a humidity sensor 21 disposed in an intake passage 2 in which intake air drawn into an internal combustion engine flows and generating a signal in response to a humidity of the intake air flowing in this intake passage 2. The intake passage 2 includes a throttle 24 for reducing a channel cross-sectional area, and the humidity sensor 21 is disposed in the throttle 24. With this configuration, even if a flow velocity of the intake air flowing in the intake passage 2 is low, the throttle 24 can increase the flow velocity of the intake air and the intake air can be suppressed from stagnating near the humidity sensor 21. As a result, it is possible to improve the response of the humidity sensor 21 even if the flow velocity of the intake air flowing in the intake passage 2 is low. |
