The present invention comprises: step 1 of making collected clay into clay lumps with moisture content of 20-40%; step 2 of mixing the clay lumps, obtained in the step 1, with finely chopped vegetable fiber and bast fiber, adding fish glue or glue to the mixture, and knead the mixture to be equally mixed; step 3 of inputting the clay lumps, obtained in the step 2, into a drawer, drawing the clay lumps into a flat clay panel and cutting the panel by the specified standard unit; step 4 of pressing the clay panel, obtained in the step 3, with a press by heating the compressing surface of the press to a temperature of 400-500°C, heating the clay panel for 1-3 minutes, and pressing the clay panel until the thickness of the panel is reduced by 5-10%, taking the clay panel from the press, inputting the clay panel into a dryer and drying the clay panel for 2-3 minutes at room temperature; step 5 of immersing a woven member, made by weaving the vegetable fiber in a mesh net form, in glue, extracting the woven member from the glue, unfolding the woven member, and covering the woven member on the clay panel obtained in the step 4 to cover the overall surface of the clay panel; and step 6 of pressing the clay panel, obtained in the step 5, by heating the compressing surface of the press to a temperature of 400-500°C, heating the clay panel for 10-30 seconds, and pressing the clay panel until the thickness of the panel is reduced by 40-50%, taking the clay panel from the press, inputting the clay panel into the dryer and drying the clay panel for 1-2 minutes. |
