Provided is world clock software, used in a computer, a tablet computer or a smartphone. The software comprises a virtual round or square clock outline made up of several equidistant scale strips, characterised in that 25 letters of the English alphabet, not including the letter "X", are arranged on the scale strips, and represent the English initials of countries and regions of the world. When a cursor or a finger moves to any letter, the full English names of all the countries or regions represented by the letter are displayed, and when the cursor or the finger moves to a full English name, the time of the country or region having the full English name is displayed in real time. When a mouse clicks or the finger touches the name, a checkbox menu pops up to prompt whether the displayed country or region is to be set as the current time displayed by the clock. |
