A conversion device (103) comprises: calculation processing units (110-150) that acquire a plurality of types of positioning correction information which conform to "RTCM STANDARD 10403.2", a rough position which is a positioning result, and the satellite position of a satellite which transmits positioning information which serves as the source of the calculation of the rough position, and that, on the basis of each of the types of acquired positioning correction information, the rough position, and the satellite position, generates, by calculation, element data such as CLK or ORB which serves as an element used for the generation of a plurality of types of positioning correction information which conform to "RTCM 10402.3"; and a conversion calculation unit (180) that, on the basis of the plurality of pieces of element data, generates a plurality of types of positioning correction information which conform to "RTCM 10402.3".
