[Problem] To propose a task procedure management method and system that can preemptively and effectively prevent a decline in work quality and the generation of accidents, and prevent a decline in work quality and the generation of accidents. [Solution] Provided is a work procedure management system comprising a plurality of client terminals which are distributed to workers respectively and a server device which provides information related to work procedures to each of the client terminals, wherein: a first processing unit of the server device stores, in a storage device, appropriation relationship information related to an appropriation relationship of work procedures, manages such information, and if one work procedure is changed, searches such work procedure and another work procedure having an appropriation relationship therewith and transmits changed content, as a change notification, to the client terminal held by a worker who is performing the work procedure detected by the search; and a second processing unit of the client terminal which received the change notification causes an output device to display, at the appropriate timing, a message which is in accordance with the changed content of the work procedure. |
