The present invention relates to an air blow apparatus for wire bonding. The air blow apparatus includes: an air hose, wherein one side of the air hose is connected to an air generator to be used as a passage for air; and a cylindrical body, wherein one side of the body is connected to the other side of the air hose and the other side of the body is blocked, having a median strip formed to divide the inside of the body and multiple left air holes and right air holes formed on the left and the right of the body with respect to the median strip, respectively. |
