It comprises a rotary circular cylindrical core (138), disposed inside the second cylindrical portion (112) and having an upper base in contact with the lower base (110) of the first cylindrical portion (106), free in rotation inside the second cylindrical portion (112) and in which there is formed at least one conduit (140, 142) for fluidly connecting said opening to at least any one of the lateral channels (114A, 116A) of the second cylindrical portion (112). |
