The present invention relates to organic fertilizers. Organic fertilizers of the invention comprise: a novel microorganism Bacillus subtilis EST-15 (accession NO. KACC92077P) strain consisting of nucleotides sequence represented by SEQ ID NO: 1, beer sludge, and culture medium obtained from culturing a kelp extract. The present invention provides organic fertilizers, which promotes plant growth by an organic component of the beer sludge, and a producing method thereof. |
