The present invention relates to an image monitoring system which comprises: a network camera for photographing a subject, acquiring image information and direction information indicating a photographing for the subject; and a client terminal connected to the network camera via a network to receive the image information and the direction information and display the direction information to the image information, wherein the client terminal transmits a user agent field to the network camera and the network camera transmits the user agent field including the direction information to the client terminal.
