Disclosed are a probe unit for removing noise of a display equipment test and a method for controlling the same. The probe unit includes: a signal input unit which generates a test signal for testing electric characteristics of an object to be tested; a signal distribution unit which distributes the generated test signal along terminals of the object to be tested; a signal transmission unit which transmits the distributed test signal to a signal output unit; the signal output unit which comes in direct contact with the terminals of the object to be tested and outputs the transmitted signal; and a signal adjustment unit which is arranged between the signal distribution unit and the signal transmission unit and corrects at least one from distortion of the test signal, generated when the test signal is distributed, and distortion of the test signal generated according to a signal transmission distance of the signal transmission unit. According to the present invention, distortion, generated as the test signal is transmitted, can be corrected. |
