The present invention provides a method for automatically managing and organizing database of logical channel numbers (LCNs) related to radio-television services, a radio-television apparatus, a remote control device, and a system. The method of the present invention allows a plurality of radio-television services to be hierarchically classified in at least two levels, wherein a first level identifies a broadcaster, and a second level identifies a radio-television service including the selected broadcaster.
