This advertisement delivery device is provided with: a first acquisition unit which acquires viewing-related information indicating the viewing state of content viewed via a content display device; an approval/disapproval information acquisition unit for acquiring approval/disapproval information which associates advertisement delivery conditions with information related to the content; and a delivery control unit which, when the content is being viewed via the content display device, cancels, on the basis of the approval/disapproval information and the viewing-related information, delivery of a delivery-candidate advertisement.
