The present invention relates to a portable CCTV device for guard and surveillance, which is portable and simply installed and detached, so a user can promptly and simply install the same in a place where the guard and surveillance are necessary while carrying the same at the outside. According to the present invention, the portable CCTV device for the guard and surveillance comprises: an image photographing unit (100) for photographing a peripheral image of a guard and surveillance area; a joint type support (200) for supporting the image photographing unit (100) to control the height of the image photographing unit (100); and a body (300) for supporting the joint type support (200) at a lower portion to fix the same onto ground. The portable CCTV device of the present invention can be carried, is portable, and easily installed, so the user can install the same at the necessary place to photograph the peripheral image while moving, and photographed peripheral image information is wirelessly transmitted to a central control center so as to monitor a guard area in an unmanned manner. |
