Disclosed are an antenna matching method and device and a terminal. The method comprises: collecting physical parameters affecting antenna impedance matching; obtaining adjusting parameters according to the collected physical parameters; and adjusting an antenna matching circuit according to the adjusting parameters to achieve antenna impedance matching. The present invention effectively solves the problem in the prior art of not considering factors affecting antenna performance. In the present invention, parameter values in the antenna matching circuit are adjusted according to collected physical parameters affecting antenna impedance matching such as the terminal temperature and/or the distance between a terminal antenna and a human body, so that antenna impedance matching is achieved, the influence of the factors such as the terminal temperature and the distance to the human body on the antenna is reduced, and the operating performance of the antenna is improved. |
