Provided are a powder supply device, a power charging packaging machine, and a manufacturing method of a powder package, which enables a speeding-up of an operation and a malfunction control. According to the present invention, the power supply device comprises: a member which has a hole; a moving unit which moves the member in a moving route; an opening and closing member opened and closed in accordance to the movement of the member; a powder charging part which charges the hole of the member with powder; and a sensor which continuously monitors the moving route. |
