[Problem] To provide an artificial skin for suture training, said artificial skin being less sticky to the skin surface than silicone articles and having such transparency as to enable visual confirmation of the suturing. [Solution] An artificial skin to be used in training for suturing a wound in the skin by sewing with a suture, said artificial skin comprising a flexible epidermal layer (11) that is formed thinly in imitation of the skin epidermis, a flexible dermal layer (12) that is formed thicker than the epidermal layer in imitation of the skin dermis, and a flexible subcutaneous layer (13) that is formed thicker than the dermal layer in imitation of the skin subcutaneous tissue, wherein the epidermal, dermal and subcutaneous layers constitute a layered structure formed of polyurethane-based material(s) and at least the epidermal layer (11) is transparent. |
