The present invention relates to a communications device. According to one embodiment of the present invention, a home appliance includes: a driving unit; a control unit which controls the driving unit; a communications unit which transmits network setup-related information to an access point device for network setup, receives the network-related information from the access point device, accesses the access point device after receiving the network-related information, and transmits product-related information after accessing the access point device in order to register the product in a server; and a memory which stores the received network-related information. Therefore, the product registration in the home appliance can be easily performed. |
