SYNTHETIC RESIN CONTAINER AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synthetic resin container in which barrier property for oxygen and barrier property for steam are improved.SOLUTION: A synthetic resin container 1 has a barrier film 3 on an inner surface of a container body 2. The barrier film 3 is constituted of an organic silicon compound film 3a formed on the inner surface of the container body 2, a silicon oxide compound film 3b formed on an inner surface thereof, and a silicon oxynitride film 3c formed on a surface thereof. The synthetic resin container 1 is manufactured by a manufacturing method including: a first film forming process for forming the organic silicon compound film 3a on the inner surface of the container body 2; a second film forming process for forming the silicon oxide compound film 3b on the inner surface of the organic silicon compound film 3a; and a third film forming process for forming the silicon oxynitride film 3c on the inner surface of the silicon oxide compound film 3b by applying a nitriding treatment on the surface of the silicon oxide compound film 3b with a plasma 13 containing nitrogen.
