摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for reducing noise in a sensorgram generated from a surface plasmon resonance apparatus.SOLUTION: A method comprises: providing a linear filter FW of a variable length to filter an output signal in a sensorgram; and determining an optimal length of the linear filter on the basis of a slope of the signal in the sensorgram and a locked interception linear error (LILE) detector, where an adaptive filter length is determined in real time during measurement of the refractive index.
