PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an event detection device and program having high detection accuracy in a service such as submission using a telecommunication network.SOLUTION: An autoregressive model application section acquires time-series data of the number of utterances, applies an autoregressive model or autoregressive moving average model to the acquired time-series data, and outputs time-series data of residual errors obtained as application results. An event detection section detects a part where each residual error value constituting the time-series data of the residual errors output by the autoregressive model application section or an absolute value of the residual error value is larger than a prescribed threshold, as an event candidate in the time-series data. |
