The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a rice wine using a sweet potato, comprising the steps of; manufacturing a base liquor; manufacturing a primary additive liquor by putting the base liquor to steamed rice, putting a fermenting agent to the same, and culturing the same; manufacturing a secondary additive liquor mixing water with the primary additive liquor, and adding yeast; and formulating rice wine by mixing a saccharified sweet potato manufactured in advance to the secondary additive liquor, and fermenting and aging the same. |
