The invention provides for the at least one hollow chamber (22) to be filled with a filling material (30) having a security feature (34), for the at least one hollow chamber (22) to be covered on both sides of the substrate (20) in each case with an at least partly light-transmissive covering film (26, 28), and for the at least one hollow chamber (22) to have a hollow chamber depth (H) of between 0.5 µm and 140 µm, said hollow chamber depth being defined by the substrate thickness at the edge of the hollow chamber (22).
