<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an IC card holder having a reading means wirelessly reading unique information stored in an IC card, and preventing unauthorized reading while securing portability. <P>SOLUTION: When a controller part 31 of an electronic key 2 detects unauthorized reading of the unique information, the controller part 31 generates an interference wave to disturb wireless communication of the unique information.
