<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle antenna device capable of relaxing the effect of a roof panel of a vehicle exerted upon an antenna. <P>SOLUTION: In an on-vehicle antenna device 10, a side of a roof panel 12 in contact with a windshield 11 is defined as a roof edge 12r, an antenna element 1 is disposed at a position in contact with the windshield 11 and a roof distance dr away from the roof edge 12r, and a reflection element 2 is disposed at a position an element distance d2 away from the antenna element 1 to the back side of a car body. Operations, as a reflector, of the roof edge 12r and the reflection element 2 to the antenna element 1 are therefore combined and because of the combined operation, directivity of an antenna can be further turned to the front side of the car body and a horizontal direction side. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
