PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a headlight device capable of adjusting the optical axis by rocking a lamp body around the virtual rocking center arranged in a separate position from a support part to the car body side. SOLUTION: A pair of right-left vertically separated two places of headlight support parts are arranged in a rear side part of the headlight device 200. An upper side headlight support part is composed of a guide shaft 184 formed in a support member 181 of a radiator cover 180, and an elongate hole-shaped groove 204 formed in an upper side base part 203 of the headlight device 200. A lower side headlight support part is composed of an elongate hole 183 formed in the support member 181 of the radiator cover 180, and a bolt 300 threadedly engaged with a lower side base part 205 of the headlight device 200. The elongate hole 183 and the elongate hole-shaped groove 204 are formed in a shape along a circular arc of a concentric circle with the virtual rocking center C as the center.
