PURPOSE: A method of manufacturing a cover of a mobile communication terminal camera module is provided to form a reflection mirror in a desirable size. CONSTITUTION: A UV curable composition is applied on a stamper(S110), and is hardened(S120). At the certain region except a concavo-convex surface of a plastic substrate, the reflection mirror is formed so that an intermediate plastic mold is formed(S130). The UV curable composition is applied on the intermediate plastic mold(S140), and is hardened(S150). By separating the plastic substrate from the intermediate plastic mold, a final plastic mold is formed(S160). The UV curable composition is applied on the final plastic mold(S170), and is hardened(S180). The plastic substrate is separated from the final plastic mold so that a reflector-integrated external cover is formed(S190).
