PURPOSE: A method and a system for channel time allocation and access control in wireless networks are provided to improve the quality of service by processing packet communication through a channel during the reserved CTB(Channel Time Block). CONSTITUTION: An initialization for transmission is operated(51). The base station receives the stream transmission request from the application layer(52). The base station transmits the channel bandwidth reservation request to a coordinator(53). The base station examines the bandwidth reservation approval from the coordinator(54). The reservation is approved, the coordinator reserves the CTB. According to the reservation schedule, the base station transmits the stream to the receiver through the radio channel(55). The reservation schedule comprises a plurality of CTBs.
