PURPOSE: An AM/FM diversity receiver receiving AM audio signal is provided to remove strong noise of an audible frequency band. CONSTITUTION: An AM input tuning circuit(21) synchronizes frequency band from AM input tuning circuit to an antenna input terminal. An AM tuner(22) selects the desired AM broadcast signal in the AM input tuning circuit from the tuned AM broadcast signal band and the AM tuner. A trap unit eliminates the strong noise of the audible frequency band in the AM input tuning circuit.
