<p>The container (2) has a glass casing (4) comprising a lower end provided with an opening (41) to receive a removable tool-carrier plate (5). The plate is fixed, by rotation, on a coupling sleeve (42) surrounding the opening. An unremovable base of the casing includes a peripheral skirt (31) extending around the sleeve, where the base is made of plastic material. The base is connected in translation to the casing and mounted on the casing in a freely rotatable manner. The base freely rotates along a longitudinal axis of the sleeve, and includes driving fingers (55) for freely driving the plate.
