摘要 A tunable cylindrical cavity of an electron paramagnetic resonance millimeter-wave spectrometer consists of a cylindrical waveguide section, in one end of which a fixed short-circuited wall with on opening for carrying a test sample and a cavity coupling element with a waveguide transmission line are located, in the other end – a short-circuiting piston with a mechanism of uniform motion. The coupling element of the cavity with the waveguide transmission line consists of an opening in a sidewall of the cylindrical cavity at the middle of its length and a movable curtain overlapping the said cavity, capable of being regulated.
