PURPOSE: A transient phenomenon protecting device of a receiver for firefighting is provided to effectively limit diffusion of smoke and heat conduction of a high temperature gas by rapidly detecting a fire. CONSTITUTION: A transient phenomenon protecting device of a receiver for firefighting includes a first step protecting device and a second step protecting device. The first step protecting device(200) is connected to a power line in order to block a transient voltage from outside through the power line which supplies a power to a receiver(100). An arrestor and a protecting circuit are mounted inside the first step protecting device. The second step protecting device(300) is connected to a rear end of the first step protecting device in order to supply a stable power to the receiver. An arrestor and a protecting circuit are mounted inside the second step protecting device.
