COMPOSITE IMPROVING DURABILITY AND CORROSION RESISTANCE OF TUNNEL LINING PANEL WITH STEEL POWDER, AND THE PRECAST PANEL MADE BY THE COMPOSITE

A concrete admixture composition with steel powder and a precast panel using the same are provided to improve watertight ability and to ensure a neutralization-resistance effect, thereby saving repair or reinforcement costs. A concrete admixture composition comprises 2-3wt% of the air, 40-55wt% of S/a, 30-40wt% of W/C, 2-5wt% of SP(steel powder) and 0.1-1wt% of admixture. The average particle size and specific surface area of the steel powder are limited to 150~300 mesh(46~104mum) and 0.1~5.0 m^2/g respectively. A precast panel using the concrete admixture composition for tunnels consists of 2-3wt% of the air, 40-55wt% of S/a, 30-40wt% of W/C, 2-5wt% of SP(steel powder) and 0.1-1wt% of admixture.
