PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio terminal device for automatic meter reading capable of being inexpensively manufactured while guaranteeing sufficient waterproof performance. SOLUTION: This radio terminal device 1 for automatic meter reading comprises a bag-like case 11 having a lower surface opening 13, a circuit board 20 to be inserted into the bag-like case 11 from the lower surface opening 13 of the bag-like case 11 while a terminal block 21 for meter connection is fixed, an antenna 30 extending downward while a base section is fixed to the terminal block 21, and a terminal block cover 12 that constitutes a casing 10 in combination with the bag-like case 11, covers the terminal block cover 21, and blocks the lower surface opening 13 of the bag-like case 11.
