PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector which minimizes discontinuity of impedance through a connector, and is improved for high-speed data transmission connection. SOLUTION: A termination structure of a counterpart cable connector and a circuit board has a ground terminal 150 and two signal terminals 140, 141 arranged in a triangular pattern in order to reduce the impedance through the connector. A width of the ground terminal 150 increases in a direction along the signal terminals 140, 141. This increase occurs along a body portion or a contact portion of the ground terminal.
