Dynamo-electric machine with tooth-wound coils

The machine has a stator core (1) with a set of tooth aligned with respect to a rotor, where the tooth is terminated in a tooth head (4). The tooth is surrounded by a winding system arranged in a set of slots (6). The slot is closed by a slot sealing element containing an electrically non-conductive and magnetically non-permeable material i.e. plastic (12), and a tooth head widening element (9) provided in area of an air-gap proximal tooth section of the tooth head and is laminated or sintered, or configured in the form of litz wires with insulated filaments. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a method for producing a slot seal (2) a method for producing a stator of a dynamo-electrical machine.
