<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an application reception system for protecting personal information of an applicant for an issue, and improving service in issuing and receiving an issue. <P>SOLUTION: A remote place application reception terminal transmits an application request comprising applicant bioinformation and additional applicant attribute information to an application reception device. The application reception device transmits the registered applicant bioinformation to an applicant terminal. The application reception device receives the application request from the remote place application reception terminal, and authenticates the applicant according to comparison between the applicant bioinformation stored in the application request and the registered applicant bioinformation. When succeeding in the authentication, issue-preparing information is generated and registered.
