PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical sheet which has prescribed optical characteristics and can be manufactured stably and easily.

SOLUTION: The optical sheet 10 comprises a sheet-like base part 15 and a plurality of unit prisms 20 arrayed side by side on the base part. One unit prism comprises a folded surface 21 including one bend part 27 and a flat surface 22 connected with the folded surface. An isosceles triangle in which the length from an apex to a first base end is equal to the length from the apex to a second base end is demarcated by the first base end 26 composed of a connection part between the folded surface and the base part, the second base end 28 composed of a connection part between the flat surface and the base part and the apex 25 composed of a connection part between the folded surface and the flat surface, on a cross-section along both of the normal direction of the base part and the array direction of unit prisms and the bend part is outside of the isosceles triangle.
