PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prize acquisition game apparatus having a prize placement table capable of placing the rollable prize having a spherical shape, etc., while having inclination in the surface. SOLUTION: The prize acquisition game apparatus 1 includes: a case body 2; an operation part 10 arranged on the case body 2; a cover 3 covering the upper part of the case body 2 and internally constituting a game space 7; the prize placement table 20 covering the upper surface of the case body 2 inside the game space 7 and placing the plurality of prizes 2; and a prize acquiring part arranged in the upper part of the prize placement table 20.
