摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively improve a damper performance while attaining miniaturization of an apparatus. SOLUTION: Damper chambers 40 and 41 of an ink supply channel 60 are internal spaces formed by joining a flexible film 30 to a base material 22. The flexible film 30 includes a joining surface 30a joined to the base material 22, openings 30x and 30y formed in the joining surface 30a, and swelling parts 30b-30i which swell in three dimensions from peripheral edges of the openings 30x and 30y to form the damper chambers 40 and 41. The base material 22 includes inlets 22m, 22t and outlets 22n, 22u which make the damper chambers 40 and 41 communicate with the ink supply channel 60 in a state of blocking the openings 30x and 30y by joining to the joining surface 30a of the flexible film 30.
