SOLAR CELL APPARATUS BASED ON MICROLENS ARRAY AND METHOD FOR FABRICATING THE SAME

A solar cell device is provided to arrange solar cells with a small size by using the fluid self assembly and to form a space for positioning the plurality of solar cells without an additional mask by exposing the light through the plurality of lenses. Micro lenses(110) are arranged in a plate(100) and solar cells(150). An insulating layer(130C) electrically isolates a plurality of first electrodes(120C) and a plurality of second electrodes(160C). A plurality of the first electrodes and a plurality of the second electrodes are patterned. Contact holes(142) connect the plurality of the first electrodes and the second electrodes. The insulating layer has a space for positioning the solar cells. A first solar cell(150A) is connected by a first electrode(122C) among a plurality of first electrodes. A second solar cell(150B) is connected by a second electrode(162C) among the plurality of the second electrodes.
